                                        Ingredients:
•	2 tablespoons butter
•	1 onion, diced
•	2 carrots, diced
•	2 celery stalks, diced
•	2 cloves garlic, minced
•	1/4 cup all-purpose flour
•	2 cups chicken or beef broth
•	1 cup milk
•	2 cups cooked chicken or beef, shredded
•	1 cup frozen peas
•	Salt and pepper to taste
•	1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
•	1 egg, beaten
•	Roasted vegetables (e.g., potatoes, carrots, Brussels sprouts)
Instructions:
1.	Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
2.	In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion, carrots, and celery, and cook until softened. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
3.	Stir in flour and cook for 2 minutes. Gradually whisk in broth and milk, and bring to a simmer. Cook until thickened, about 5 minutes.
4.	Stir in cooked chicken or beef and frozen peas. Season with salt and pepper.
5.	Pour filling into a baking dish. Top with puff pastry, trimming excess and crimping edges. Brush with beaten egg.
6.	Bake for 20-25 minutes, until pastry is golden brown. Serve with roasted vegetables.
