Chicken Mushroom Bake

Recipe Instructions:

ingredients
4 Chicken breast or pieces of chicken.

200 g Mushrooms

1 packet of Cream of Mushroom soup mix

1 Tbsp of Garlic flakes and rosemary.

1 tsp of lemon pepper (soups are salty no need to add any)

instructions
Preheat oven to 180 deg. C

Use a Pyrex casserole dish or any dish you like.

Place the clean chicken pieces in the dish, with cut onions and cut and clean mushrooms.

Mix the soup with 500 ml of water, and include the spices. Stir until dissolved.

Pour over the chicken and other ingredients.

Sprinkle some rosemary or basil or parsley over the whole bake.

Bake for about 30 minutes until tender and golden brown.

Serve with the sauce.
