                                        Ingredients:
•	1 lb skirt steak or chicken breast, thinly sliced
•	1 onion, thinly sliced
•	1 bell pepper (any color), thinly sliced
•	2 tablespoons olive oil
•	1 tablespoon chili powder
•	1 teaspoon cumin powder
•	Salt and pepper to taste
•	Warm flour tortillas, guacamole, pico de gallo (for serving)
Instructions:
1.	In a bowl, combine sliced meat (steak or chicken) with olive oil, chili powder, cumin  powder, salt, and pepper. Let marinate for 15-30 minutes.
2.	Heat a large skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.
3.	Add marinated meat slices and cook until browned and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.
4.	In the same skillet, add a bit more olive oil if needed. Add sliced onions and bell peppers.
5.	Cook until vegetables are tender-crisp, about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6.	Return cooked meat to the skillet and toss everything together for 1-2 minutes to heat through.
7.	Serve sizzling hot fajitas with warm flour tortillas, guacamole, and pico de gallo.
