Recipe Instructions:

Ingredients
3/4 Cup Honey
1/4 Cup Butter
2 Teaspoons Vanilla Essence
4 Cups Desiccated Coconut
2/3 Cup Cocoa Powder
Cooking Directions
Heat a non stick pan on medium high heat, add honey and butter. Melt until the butter has melted and well incorporated into the honey, stir in honey and vanilla essence
Add cocoa powder and desiccated coconut. Mix well, add more coconut if mixture seems too wet. Cook until mixture becomes firm
Use an ice cream scoop to form same sized balls. Use your fingers to flatten the top so that they form round cookie shapes. Set on a baking tray and refrigerate in the freezer for 20-30 minutes to firm up
You can serve them by sprinkling desiccated coconut for a fresh and sort of crunchy taste
