                                        Ingredients:
•	3 cups cooked rice, preferably day-old
•	1 chicken breast, thinly sliced (optional)
•	2 eggs, beaten
•	1 onion, finely chopped
•	3 cloves garlic, minced
•	1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, bell peppers)
•	2 tablespoons kecap manis (sweet soy sauce)
•	1 tablespoon soy sauce
•	1 tablespoon vegetable oil
•	Salt and pepper, to taste
•	Sliced cucumber and tomato, for garnish
•	Fried shallots, for topping (optional)
Instructions:
•	Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
•	Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
•	If using chicken, add sliced chicken breast and cook until browned and cooked through.
•	Push onion and chicken to the side of the skillet.
•	Pour beaten eggs into the empty space and scramble until cooked.
•	Add mixed vegetables to the skillet, stir-fry for a few minutes until tender.
•	Stir in cooked rice, kecap manis, and soy sauce. Mix well to combine all ingredients evenly.
•	Season with salt and pepper to taste.
•	Serve hot, garnished with sliced cucumber, tomato, and fried shallots if desired.
