Shrimp: 75 grams, peeled and deveined
Fish stock or seafood broth: 250 ml

Garlic: 1 clove, minced
Saffron threads: A small pinch (0.1 gram, optional)

Prepare Ingredients:
Cut the fish fillet into bite-sized chunks.
Peel and devein the shrimp.
Chop the tomato (or use canned tomatoes).
Sauté Garlic:
Heat the olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
