Recipe Instructions:
Ingredients
1 batch Hot Honey Recipe
4 boneless chicken thighs - or boneless chicken breasts or tenders
1 cup panko crumbs
2 teaspoons smoked paprika - sub regular unsmoked if thats whats on hand
1/2 teaspoon ground garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
Prepare one batch of Hot Honey.
Preheat oven to 400 °F. (see notes below for Air Fryer method). Spray a baking sheet with non stick spray or line with parchment paper.
On shallow plate combine panko crumbs, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
In another shallow bowl whisk the egg.
Dredge each chicken thigh in egg then in the panko crumb mixture. Place on baking sheet. Spray chicken with olive oil or non stick spray.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until inside is 165 degrees and outside is brown and crispy.
Drizzle with Hot Honey and serve!
Notes
Air Fryer Instructions: Preheat Air Fryer to 400 degrees. Dredge chicken in panko crumb mixture and place in Air Fryer. Cook for 10 minutes. Flip and cook another 10 minutes. Chicken is done when it reaches 165 degrees internally.
