Recipe Instructions:

You need just 3-ingredients to make these super easy jelly cubes:

23g Hartleys sugar free jelly e.g. lime, raspberry, strawberry or orange
200ml boiling water
80g chopped fresh fruit e.g. strawberries, mango, blueberries or raspberries

Mix
In a jug, mix together your chosen flavour of jelly (we used orange) with the boiling water until all the crystals have dissolved. Set aside to cool until slightly thickened.
Divide
Divide the fruit between the holes of a silicone ice cube tray. This will fill about 14 holes depending on size.
Pour
Pour the jelly over the fruit and up to the top of each mould. Chill for 1 hour or until set.
Serve
Pop the jellies out of the tray to serve - you may need a palate knife to help ease them out.
