Recipe Instructions:

Ingredients:
• 4 salmon fillets
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 lemon, thinly sliced
• Fresh dill, chopped
• 4 cups baby potatoes, halved
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then place them in a baking dish.
3. Drizzle olive oil over the salmon. Arrange lemon slices on top and sprinkle with fresh dill.
4. In a separate baking dish, toss halved baby potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
5. Bake salmon and potatoes for 15-20 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork and potatoes are tender.
6. Meanwhile, melt butter in a small saucepan. Stir in chopped dill and lemon juice.
7. Serve baked salmon with roasted potatoes, drizzled with dill sauce.
