Ingredients:
o 50g blue cheese, crumbled
o 50g mayonnaise
o 50g buttermilk
o 20g vinegar (such as white wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar)
o 10g garlic powder
o 5g onion powder
o Salt and pepper to taste
• Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mash the crumbled blue cheese with a fork.
2. Whisk in mayonnaise, buttermilk, vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
3. Adjust consistency with more buttermilk if desired.
4. Adjust seasoning to taste.
