Ingredients:

100 grams of thinly sliced roast beef
1 small apple, thinly sliced
2 slices of your choice of bread (such as sourdough or whole wheat)
1-2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1-2 teaspoons Dijon mustard (optional)
1-2 leaves of lettuce (optional)
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:

Start by preparing your ingredients. Thinly slice the roast beef and the apple. You can use a mandoline slicer for uniform apple slices.

Toast the slices of bread in a toaster or on a skillet until they are golden brown.
