                                        Ingredients:
•	8 oz fideuà noodles (short vermicelli noodles)
•	1 lb seafood mix (shrimp, squid, mussels)
•	1 onion, finely chopped
•	2 cloves garlic, minced
•	1 tomato, grated or finely chopped
•	4 cups fish or chicken broth
•	1 teaspoon smoked paprika
•	Salt and pepper to taste
•	Olive oil for cooking
Instructions:
1.	In a large paella pan or skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
2.	Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
3.	Add seafood mix to the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes until seafood starts to turn opaque.
4.	Stir in grated tomato and smoked paprika. Cook for another 2 minutes.
5.	Add fideuà noodles to the pan. Stir to coat noodles with the seafood and tomato mixture.
6.	Pour in fish or chicken broth. Bring to a simmer and cook, stirring occasionally, until noodles are cooked through and most of the liquid is absorbed, about 10-12 minutes.
7.	Season with salt and pepper to taste.
8.	Serve hot as a delicious paella-like dish.
