                                        Ingredients:
•	8 oz fideos (short vermicelli noodles) or other short pasta
•	1 lb ground beef or pork
•	1 onion, finely chopped
•	2 cloves garlic, minced
•	1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
•	1 tablespoon tomato paste
•	1 teaspoon dried oregano
•	Salt and pepper to taste
•	Olive oil for cooking
Instructions:
1.	Cook fideos or short pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2.	In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
3.	Add ground beef or pork to the skillet. Cook until browned and cooked through, breaking up the meat with a spoon.
4.	Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato paste, and dried oregano. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5.	Simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens.
6.	Add cooked fideos or pasta to the skillet. Toss gently to combine and coat with the sauce.
7.	Serve hot as a comforting family meal.
