Ingredients:
•	1/2 lb lamb stew meat, cubed
•	1 potato, peeled and thinly sliced
•	1/2 onion, thinly sliced
•	1 carrot, peeled and thinly sliced
•	1/2 cup beef broth
•	1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
•	Salt and pepper to taste
•	1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions:
1.	Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2.	Heat olive oil in a small oven-safe pot or casserole dish over medium-high heat.
3.	Add lamb cubes and brown on all sides, about 5 minutes.
4.	Remove lamb from the pot and set aside.
5.	Layer half of the potato, onion, and carrot slices in the pot.
6.	Place the browned lamb cubes on top of the vegetables.
7.	Layer the remaining potato, onion, and carrot slices on top.
8.	Pour beef broth and Worcestershire sauce over the layers. Season with salt and pepper.
9.	Cover with a lid or foil and transfer to the preheated oven.
10.	Bake for 1.5 to 2 hours, until the lamb is tender and the vegetables are cooked through.
11.	Serve hot as your OMAD meal.
