•	500g ground turkey
•	1 cup breadcrumbs
•	1/2 cup milk
•	1 egg
•	1/4 cup chopped onion
•	1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
•	2 cloves garlic, minced
•	Salt and pepper to taste
•	1/2 cup ketchup
•	2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
•	4 large potatoes, peeled and diced
•	1/4 cup butter
•	1/2 cup milk
•	Steamed vegetables (e.g., green beans, carrots) for serving
Instructions:
1.	Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a loaf pan.
2.	In a bowl, mix together ground turkey, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, chopped onion, chopped bell pepper, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
3.	Transfer the mixture to the prepared loaf pan, shaping it into a loaf shape.
4.	In a small bowl, mix together ketchup and Worcestershire sauce. Spread the mixture over the meatloaf.
5.	Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
6.	Meanwhile, boil potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain and mash with butter and milk until smooth.
7.	Serve turkey meatloaf slices with mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables.
