                                        Ingredients:
•	1 cup all-purpose flour
•	1 cup dashi stock (or water)
•	1 egg
•	2 cups shredded cabbage
•	4-6 slices bacon, chopped (or substitute with seafood or other protein)
•	1/2 cup sliced green onions
•	Okonomiyaki sauce (or tonkatsu sauce)
•	Japanese mayonnaise
•	Bonito flakes (katsuobushi), optional
•	Aonori (seaweed flakes), optional
Instructions:
•	In a large bowl, whisk together flour, dashi stock (or water), and egg until smooth.
•	Add shredded cabbage, chopped bacon, and sliced green onions to the batter. Mix until well combined.
•	Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.
•	Pour batter onto the skillet to form a round pancake (about 6-8 inches in diameter).
•	Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
•	Transfer okonomiyaki to a plate.
•	Drizzle with okonomiyaki sauce and Japanese mayonnaise.
•	Sprinkle with bonito flakes and aonori (seaweed flakes) if desired.
•	Slice and serve hot.
