                                        Ingredients
1 white tea bag
1 cup water
1 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
½ tsp fresh grated ginger
4 fresh mint leaves
Directions
Bring the 1 cup of water to a boil and pour the hot water into a mug with the white tea bag. Let the tea brew for 5 minutes. Squeeze the tea bag to get out as much tea as possible and then discard the tea bag. Let the brewed tea cool.
Add the honey, ginger, lemon juice and mint leaves to the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Muddle the ingredients together, crushing the mint leaves and ginger as much as possible. This will extract all the flavor from the mint and ginger, making your drink potent and delicious.
Add the brewed tea to the cocktail shaker along with 2 ice cubes.
Cover the cocktail shaker and shake vigorously.
Strain the mix into shot glasses and enjoy while cold.
