                                        Ingredients
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon salt
4  boneless, skinless chicken breasts
salt and pepper to taste
8 slices bacon thinly sliced
¼ cup brown sugar or coconut sugar, see Notes
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425° Fahrenheit.
Combine garlic powder, paprika and salt in small bowl. Sprinkle mixture on both sides of each chicken breast.
Wrap each chicken breast in two slices of bacon. Start one slice of bacon underneath one end of chicken breast and wrap toward other end. Continue with second slice where first slice ends.
Place wrapped chicken breasts in baking dish with ends of bacon strips underneath chicken to hold in place. Bake 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, evenly sprinkle brown sugar over chicken breasts and return to oven. Cook another 5 minutes or until 157-159°F internally.
Baste chicken breasts with drippings. Place chicken under broiler and broil 2 to 3 minutes, being careful not to overcook.
Remove from oven and serve.
