Italian Bread or Baguette: 1 loaf (about 450 grams)
Unsalted Butter: 115 grams (1/2 cup), softened
Garlic: 4 cloves, minced
Fresh Parsley (optional): 2 tablespoons, chopped (about 8 grams)
Salt: To taste
Instructions:
o Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
o In a small bowl, mix together softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley (if using), and a pinch of salt. Stir until well combined.
o Cut the Italian bread or baguette in half lengthwise.
o Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the cut sides of the bread.
