Ingredients:

o	Sliced vegetables (such as cucumber, avocado, or bell pepper)
o	Cooked shrimp or crab sticks
•	Soy sauce, wasabi, and pickled ginger for serving
Instructions:
1.	Prepare sushi rice according to package instructions or recipe, seasoning with rice vinegar, sugar, and salt.
2.	Place a sheet of nori on a bamboo sushi mat or clean kitchen towel.
3.	Moisten hands with water and spread a thin layer of sushi rice evenly over the nori, leaving a 1-inch border at the top.
4.	Arrange your choice of fillings in a line across the center of the rice.
5.	Lift the edge of the mat closest to you, and begin to roll the sushi tightly, pressing gently to seal.
6.	Using a sharp knife, slice the sushi roll into bite-sized pieces.
7.	Serve sushi rolls with soy sauce, wasabi, and pickled ginger.
