Recipe Instructions:

Ingredients:
• 1 lb ground pork
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
• 1/2 teaspoon paprika
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• Fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped (optional)
• Olive oil, for cooking

Instructions:
• In a mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, chopped onion, minced garlic, ground coriander, ground cumin, paprika, salt, pepper, and chopped parsley or cilantro if using. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
• Take portions of the pork mixture and shape them into patties, about 3 inches in diameter and 1/2 inch thick.
• Heat olive oil in a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.
• Place the patties in the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
• Serve the Qighi hot, optionally with a side of rice, salad, or vegetables.
