Recipe Instructions:

Ingredients:
Long-Grain White Rice: 1 cup (about 200 grams)
Vegetable or Chicken Broth: 2 cups (about 500 grams)
Fresh Lemon Juice: 1/4 cup (about 60 grams)
Lemon Zest: Zest of 1 lemon (about 2-3 grams)
Olive Oil: 2 tablespoons (about 30 grams)
Fresh Dill (optional): 1 tablespoon, chopped (about 1 gram)
Salt: To taste
Instructions:
o In a saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add rice and sauté for 1-2 minutes until lightly toasted.
o Stir in vegetable or chicken broth, lemon juice, lemon zest, and salt.
o Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
o Remove from heat and let stand, covered, for 5 minutes. Fluff rice with a fork.
o Stir in chopped dill (if using) and adjust seasoning if needed.
o Serve Greek Lemon Rice warm as a flavorful side dish.
