Recipe Instructions:

Ingredients:
• 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 teaspoon chili powder
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• 8 small corn or flour tortillas
• 1 cup cooked brown rice
• 1 cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained
• 1 avocado, sliced
• 1 cup shredded lettuce
• Salsa or pico de gallo, for serving
• Lime wedges, for serving
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, ground cumin, salt, and pepper.
2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until shrimp turn pink and opaque. Remove from heat.
3. Meanwhile, heat tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until warm and pliable.
4. Fill each tortilla with cooked brown rice, black beans, sautéed shrimp, avocado slices, shredded lettuce, and salsa or pico de gallo.
5. Serve shrimp tacos with lime wedges on the side. Enjoy these flavorful tacos as a delicious meal!
