Recipe Instructions:

Ingredients:
• 4 chicken thighs or breasts, skinless and bone-in
• 1 cup plain yogurt
• 2 tablespoons tandoori masala spice blend (store-bought or homemade)
• Juice of 1 lemon
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1-inch piece ginger, grated
• Salt to taste
• Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix plain yogurt, tandoori masala spice blend, lemon juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, and salt.
2. Score the chicken pieces with a knife. Coat the chicken pieces with the yogurt marinade, making sure they are well covered.
3. Marinate chicken in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight.
4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
5. Grill chicken pieces for 6-8 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and charred in spots.
6. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
