Recipe Instructions:

Ingredients:
• 300g beef or chicken, thinly sliced
• 300g cooked noodles (such as spaghetti or egg noodles)
• 1 red bell pepper, sliced
• 1 onion, sliced
• 2 tomatoes, sliced
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 tablespoons soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Vegetable oil for cooking
• Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
2. Add minced garlic and sliced onion. Stir-fry until fragrant.
3. Add beef or chicken slices to the skillet. Cook until browned and cooked through.
4. Add sliced red bell pepper and sliced tomatoes to the skillet. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
5. Add cooked noodles to the skillet. Stir in soy sauce and oyster sauce (if using).
6. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until noodles are heated through and well coated with sauce.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
8. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
