Main Dish

Recipe Instructions:

Ingredients:
• 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
• 3 tablespoons plain yogurt
• 3 tablespoons olive oil
• Juice of 1 lemon
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• 1 teaspoon ground cumin
• 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
• 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix together yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, coriander, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and pepper.
2. Add chicken cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
3. Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
4. Thread marinated chicken cubes onto soaked wooden skewers.
5. Grill skewers for 5-7 minutes per side, or until chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.
6. Serve hot with rice, salad, or pita bread. Optionally, garnish with chopped parsley and lemon wedges.
