Recipe Instructions:

Ingredients:

115 grams beef sirloin, thinly sliced
30 grams sliced mushrooms
30 grams diced onion
1 garlic clove, minced
60 ml beef broth
60 ml sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste
15 ml vegetable oil
Cooked egg noodles or rice for serving
Instructions:

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet or pan over medium-high heat.
Add thinly sliced beef and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove beef from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add diced onion and minced garlic. Cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
Add sliced mushrooms and cook for another 2-3 minutes until mushrooms are tender.
Stir in beef broth and bring to a simmer, scraping any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.
Reduce heat to medium-low and stir in sour cream. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Return cooked beef to the skillet and heat through, about 1-2 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot over cooked egg noodles or rice.
