Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
2 avocados, diced
1 small red onion, finely chopped
1 tomato, diced
Juice of 1 lime
Fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Drizzle olive oil over the salmon and sprinkle with paprika, salt, and pepper.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
In a bowl, combine diced avocados, red onion, tomato, lime juice, and cilantro to make the avocado salsa. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve the baked salmon with a generous scoop of avocado salsa on top.
