Recipe Instructions:

Ingredients:

500g shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 cloves garlic (approximately 12g), thinly sliced
30g butter (about 2 tablespoons)
60ml white wine (approximately 1/4 cup)
15ml lemon juice (approximately 1 tablespoon)
15g chopped parsley (about 1/4 cup)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:

Prepare the Skillet:

In a large skillet, melt 30g butter over medium heat.
Add 12g thinly sliced garlic and sauté until golden, about 1-2 minutes.
Cook Shrimp:

Add 500g shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
Add Liquids:

Pour in 60ml white wine and 15ml lemon juice. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to allow the flavors to combine.
Season and Garnish:

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish with 15g chopped parsley.
Serve:

Serve immediately with crusty bread or over rice.
