0.15 kg Grated Eidam cheese
0.1 kg Buckwheat flour
0.008 kg Lemon fiber
0.2 kg Goji berries
0.02 kg Salt
0.001 kg Ground white pepper
0.15 kg Mixed nuts
1.6 kg Diced apples
0.2 kg Butter fat (e.g., Debic)
0.001 kg Ground cardamom
0.001 kg Ground cloves
Instructions:
Prepare the Ingredients:
Preheat your oven to the recommended temperature for baking cakes.
Grease and flour a cake pan or line it with parchment paper.
Mix the Wet Ingredients:
In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs until frothy.
Combine Dry Ingredients:
In a separate bowl, mix together the grated Eidam cheese, buckwheat flour, lemon fiber, Goji berries, salt, and ground white pepper.
Mix Wet and Dry Ingredients:
Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the beaten eggs, stirring until well combined.
Fold in Nuts and Apples:
Gently fold in the mixed nuts and diced apples into the batter until evenly distributed.
Bake the Cake:
