4 chicken skewers (marinated in lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, oregano):
Chicken breast or thigh, approximately 500 grams
Assorted vegetables (bell peppers, onions, zucchini):
Bell peppers: 200 grams
Onions: 150 grams
Zucchini: 200 grams
Tzatziki sauce (store-bought or homemade):
Approximately 1 cup (240 grams)
Instructions:
Prepare the Chicken Souvlaki:
Cut the chicken into cubes and marinate in a mixture of:
2 tablespoons olive oil (30 grams)
Juice of 1 lemon (about 30 grams)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Prepare the Vegetables:
Cut the bell peppers, onions, and zucchini into chunks.
Toss the vegetables with:
2 tablespoons olive oil (30 grams)
Salt and pepper to taste
Grilling:
Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
