                                        Ingredients:
•	1/4 lb white fish fillet, such as cod or haddock, cut into chunks
•	1/4 cup dry white wine
•	1/4 cup fish or vegetable broth
•	1/4 cup chopped onion
•	1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
•	1 tablespoon butter
•	1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
•	1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
•	Salt and pepper to taste
•	Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
•	Crusty bread, to serve
Instructions:
1.	In a small pot, melt butter over medium heat.
2.	Add chopped onion and sliced mushrooms. Cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
3.	Stir in all-purpose flour and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
4.	Gradually add white wine and fish or vegetable broth, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
5.	Add dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.
6.	Add fish chunks and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
7.	Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
8.	Serve hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley, alongside crusty bread as your OMAD meal.
