240 grams cooked, shredded chicken breast (2 cups)
120 grams mayonnaise (1/2 cup)
15 grams Dijon mustard (1 tablespoon)
50 grams celery stalk, finely chopped (1 stalk)
40 grams red onion, finely chopped (1/4 cup)
Salt and pepper to taste
4 large lettuce leaves (such as romaine or iceberg)
150 grams sliced tomatoes (1 medium tomato)
Instructions:
Prepare the Chicken Salad:
In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken breast, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chopped celery, and chopped red onion.
Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Assemble the Wraps:
Lay out a large lettuce leaf on a flat surface.
Place a spoonful of the prepared chicken salad in the center of the leaf.
Top with sliced tomatoes.
Roll the Wraps:
Roll up the lettuce leaf around the chicken salad and tomatoes to form a wrap.
Repeat with the remaining lettuce leaves, chicken salad, and tomatoes.
Serve:
Serve the chicken salad wraps immediately.
