Ingredients:
o 300g spinach, cooked and chopped
o 150g feta cheese, crumbled
o 10 sheets of filo pastry
o 50g butter, melted
o Herbs: dill, parsley (optional)
• Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Mix spinach, feta cheese, and herbs (if using) in a bowl.
3. Layer 5 sheets of filo pastry, brushing each with melted butter.
4. Spread spinach mixture evenly over the pastry.
5. Layer the remaining 5 sheets of filo pastry, brushing each with butter.
6. Score the top layers into squares or triangles.
7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
