Recipe Instructions:

                                        Ingredients:
•	250 grams stale bread, cut into small cubes
•	1 cup milk
•	1 small onion, finely chopped
•	2 tablespoons butter
•	2 eggs
•	2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
•	1/2 teaspoon salt
•	1/4 teaspoon black pepper
•	1/4 teaspoon nutmeg (optional)
•	1/2 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions:
1.	Prepare the Bread:
•	Place the bread cubes in a large bowl. Pour the milk over the bread and let it soak for about 10-15 minutes until the bread is soft.
2.	Cook the Onion:
•	In a small pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the finely chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
3.	Mix the Ingredients:
•	Add the cooked onion, eggs, chopped parsley, salt, pepper, and nutmeg (if using) to the soaked bread. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
•	Gradually add the flour to the mixture, stirring until a sticky dough forms. If the dough is too wet, add a bit more flour.
4.	Form the Dumplings:
•	Wet your hands to prevent sticking, and shape the dough into small balls, about the size of a golf ball.
5.	Cook the Dumplings:
•	Bring a large pot of salted water to a gentle boil. Carefully add the dumplings to the boiling water. Reduce the heat to a simmer and cook for about 10-15 minutes, or until the dumplings are cooked through and float to the surface.
•	Use a slotted spoon to remove the dumplings from the water and drain on a plate.
6.	Serve:
•	Serve the bread dumplings hot, either in a bowl with your favorite stew or hearty soup or on the side to soak up the delicious flavors.
Reheating Instructions:
•	Stovetop: Reheat the dumplings gently in a pot of simmering water or broth until warmed through.
•	Microwave: Heat on medium power in 30-second increments until heated through.
