                                        Ingredients:
•	1 pack of Maultaschen (Swabian pasta pockets) or homemade dough
•	1/2 lb ground meat (pork, beef, or a mixture)
•	1 onion, finely chopped
•	1 cup spinach, chopped
•	1/2 cup breadcrumbs
•	1 egg
•	Salt, pepper, and nutmeg, to taste
•	Vegetable broth, for cooking
Instructions:
o	In a skillet, heat some oil and sauté onions until translucent. Add ground meat and cook until browned.
o	Add chopped spinach and cook until wilted. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Remove from heat and let cool.
o	If using store-bought Maultaschen, follow package instructions for assembly. If making homemade dough, roll out thinly and cut into squares.
o	Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each square. Fold dough over to form triangles or rectangles, sealing edges tightly.
o	Bring vegetable broth to a boil in a large pot.
o	Carefully add Maultaschen to the boiling broth. Reduce heat and simmer for about 10-15 minutes, or until Maultaschen float to the surface and are cooked through.
o	Remove cooked Maultaschen with a slotted spoon and serve hot, optionally with a side of potato salad or mustard.
