Recipe Instructions:

Ingredients
2 oranges juiced
2 lemons juiced
3- inch ginger root
1 tsp turmeric powder
4 black peppercorns
2 tbsp raw honey
Instructions
Combine the orange juice, lemon juice, ginger root, turmeric, and pepper in a blender and blend until smooth.
Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a glass jar. Discard the solids.
Add in honey, close jar with a tight lid and shake well to combine.
Enjoy anytime during the day to help reduce swelling and relieve congestion.
Notes
Pro Tips: There is no need to peel organic ginger as many of its nutrients are in and near the skin.
