•	1 lb cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
•	4 cups mixed greens
•	2 hard-boiled eggs, halved
•	1 avocado, sliced
•	1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
•	1/2 cup sliced cucumber
•	1/4 cup sliced red onion
•	Louie dressing (see recipe below)
•	Lemon wedges for garnish
Louie Dressing:
•	1/2 cup mayonnaise
•	1/4 cup ketchup
•	1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
•	1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
•	1 teaspoon hot sauce (optional)
•	Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions for Louie Dressing:
1.	In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, hot sauce (if using), salt, and pepper until smooth.
Assembly Instructions:
1.	Arrange mixed greens on a large serving platter or individual plates.
2.	Arrange cooked shrimp, hard-boiled eggs, avocado slices, cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumber, and sliced red onion on top of the greens.
3.	Drizzle Louie dressing over the salad or serve it on the side.
4.	Garnish with lemon wedges.
5.	Serve Shrimp Louie Salad immediately, showcasing the vibrant colors and flavors.
