Ingredients
1/2 lemon juiced
3/4 cup pomegranate seeds about 2 small pomegranate apples
1 cup of filtered water
1 Tbsp Bulgarian rose water food grade
Instructions
Combine the lemon juice, pomegranate seed, and filtered water in a blender and blend until smooth.
Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a glass jar. Discard the solids.
Add in Bulgarian rose water, close jar with a tight lid and shake well to combine.
This wellness shot is best when added to a large glass of purified water or a water bottle. You can enjoy it daily for visibly younger, glowing skin.
