Ingredients:

100 grams of thinly sliced roast beef
1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced (about 100 grams)
2 slices of your choice of bread (about 60 grams total)
1-2 tablespoons mayonnaise (about 15-30 grams)
Mustard (optional)
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:

Begin by preparing your ingredients. Thinly slice the roast beef if it's not already pre-sliced.

Thinly slice the cucumber.

Toast the slices of bread in a toaster or on a skillet until they are golden brown.

Once the bread is toasted, you can assemble your Roast Beef and Cucumber sandwich.

Spread mayonnaise on one or both slices of toasted bread, according to your preference. You can also add mustard if you like a bit of tangy flavor.
