Ingredients:
1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 mango, diced
1 avocado, diced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Juice of 1 lime
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side or until they are pink and cooked through.
Remove the shrimp from the grill and let them cool slightly.
In a large bowl, combine the diced mango, avocado, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro.
Add the grilled shrimp to the bowl and drizzle with lime juice and olive oil.
Toss everything together gently to combine.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve the grilled shrimp and mango salad immediately.
