Recipe Instructions:

Ingredients:
• 1 large head of cabbage
• 1 lb ground meat (beef, pork, or a mixture)
• 1 cup rice, cooked
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1 can (14 oz) tomato sauce
• 1 cup beef broth
• Sour cream for serving
Instructions:
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
2. Carefully remove cabbage leaves, blanch them in boiling water until soft and pliable, then drain and set aside.
3. In a bowl, combine ground meat, cooked rice, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
4. Place a spoonful of meat mixture onto each cabbage leaf, roll up tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
5. In a large pot or Dutch oven, arrange cabbage rolls seam side down.
6. Mix tomato sauce and beef broth, pour over cabbage rolls.
7. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 1.5 to 2 hours until cabbage rolls are tender and cooked through.
8. Serve hot with sour cream.
