                                        Ingredients:
•	1 lb paneer, cut into cubes
•	1 lb fresh spinach leaves, washed and chopped
•	2 tablespoons vegetable oil
•	1 onion, finely chopped
•	3 cloves garlic, minced
•	1-inch piece ginger, minced
•	2 tomatoes, pureed
•	1 teaspoon cumin seeds
•	1 teaspoon garam masala
•	1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
•	1/2 teaspoon red chili powder (optional)
•	Salt, to taste
•	1/2 cup heavy cream
•	Fresh cilantro, chopped, for garnish
Instructions:
•	Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or pan over medium-high heat.
•	Fry paneer cubes until golden brown on all sides. Remove and set aside.
•	In the same pan, add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
•	Add finely chopped onion, minced garlic, and minced ginger. Sauté until onions are translucent.
•	Add tomato puree, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder (if using), and salt. Cook until oil separates from the masala.
2.	Blend and Simmer:
•	Add chopped spinach leaves to the pan. Stir well and cook until spinach is wilted and cooked through.
•	Blend the spinach mixture into a smooth paste using an immersion blender or transferring to a blender.
•	Return blended spinach sauce to the pan. Stir in heavy cream and fried paneer cubes.
•	Simmer for 5-10 minutes until flavors meld together and sauce thickens.
•	Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro.
•	Serve hot with naan or rice.
