Recipe Instructions:

Ingredients:
• 200g mutton or beef, thinly sliced
• 200g udon noodles (or substitute with thick wheat noodles)
• 1 onion, thinly sliced
• 1 carrot, julienned
• 1/2 cabbage, thinly sliced
• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Soy sauce or hoisin sauce for seasoning (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook udon noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
3. Add thinly sliced meat and stir-fry until browned.
4. Add onions, carrots, and cabbage to the skillet. Stir-fry until vegetables are tender-crisp.
5. Season with salt, pepper, and a dash of soy sauce or hoisin sauce if desired.
6. Add cooked udon noodles to the skillet and toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
7. Serve hot.
