Recipe Instructions:

Ingredients:
• Spring roll wrappers (available in Asian grocery stores)
• 1 cup ground pork or shrimp, cooked and seasoned
• 1 cup shredded carrots
• 1 cup shredded cabbage
• 1/4 cup chopped mushrooms (optional)
• 1/4 cup chopped onions
• 2 tablespoons soy sauce
• Oil for frying
Instructions:
1. In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Sauté onions until translucent, then add shredded carrots, cabbage, mushrooms (if using), and soy sauce. Cook until vegetables are tender.
2. Remove from heat and let the filling cool completely.
3. Take a spring roll wrapper and place a spoonful of the filling in the center. Fold the sides over the filling, then roll tightly.
4. Heat oil in a deep skillet or pot. Fry the spring rolls until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
5. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with dipping sauce of your choice
