100 grams of thinly sliced roast beef
1 whole wheat pita bread (about 70 grams)
1/4 cup Greek yogurt or tzatziki sauce (about 60 grams)
1/4 cup diced cucumber (about 40 grams)
1/4 cup diced tomatoes (about 40 grams)
1/4 cup diced red onion (about 30 grams)
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (about 10 grams)
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese (about 30 grams)
1 tablespoon olive oil (about 15 grams)
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions:

Start by preparing your ingredients. Thinly slice the roast beef, and dice the cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, and fresh parsley.
