                                        Ingredients:
•	8 oz instant noodles or fresh yellow noodles
•	2 tablespoons soy sauce
•	1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce (kecap manis)
•	1 tablespoon oyster sauce
•	1 teaspoon chili sauce (optional)
•	2 cloves garlic, minced
•	1 onion, thinly sliced
•	1 carrot, julienned
•	1/2 cup cabbage, shredded
•	1/2 lb chicken breast or shrimp, sliced
•	2 eggs, lightly beaten
•	2 tablespoons vegetable oil
•	Fresh coriander, for garnish
•	Lime wedges, for serving
Instructions:
o	Boil noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
o	Mix soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chili sauce in a bowl. Set aside.
o	Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant.
o	Add chicken or shrimp and cook until no longer pink. Add carrots and cabbage, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
o	Push ingredients to the side of the pan. Pour beaten eggs into the pan, scramble until cooked. Mix with the vegetables and meat.
o	Add cooked noodles and sauce. Toss everything together until well coated and heated through.
o	Garnish with fresh coriander and lime wedges. Serve hot.
