                                        Ingredients
kale 4.4 oz 125 g 2 cups chopped kale (124 grams)
lemon 1.92 oz 54 g 1/2 large lemon
ginger 0.86 oz 24 g 2 1/2 inch chunk ginger root
turmeric 0.33 oz 9 g 1 inch chunk of turmeric root
cucumber 12 oz 340 g 1 1/2 cucumbers
spirulina (green or blue) 0.05 oz 1 g 1/3 teaspoon (1.4 grams)
Directions
Wash and weigh the produce.
Quarter the lemon (leaving skin on) and place directly into the press. If you don’t have a juice press, peel the lemon and juice with the rest of the ingredients.
Grind remaining produce together and press.
Add the spirulina to a bowl, slowly pour some juice into the bowl (to avoid clumping) and whisk. Combine mixture with the remainder of the juice.
