Recipe Instructions:
Ingredients:
• 1 cup white rice, cooked
• 4 hamburger patties (ground beef or your choice)
• 4 eggs
• 2 cups beef gravy (homemade or store-bought)
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• Optional: sliced green onions or chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions:
o Prepare white rice according to package instructions. Keep warm.
o Season the hamburger patties with salt and pepper.
o Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from skillet and set
o In the same skillet, fry the eggs sunny-side up or according to your preference.
o Heat the beef gravy in a small saucepan until warmed through.
o Place a serving of cooked white rice on a plate.
o Top with a hamburger patty.
o Place a fried egg on top of the patty.
o Pour warmed beef gravy over the egg and patty.
o Garnish with sliced green onions or chopped parsley, if desired.
