                                        Ingredients:
•	1 kg cubed meat (beef, lamb, or chicken)
•	2 onions, sliced
•	1 green bell pepper, diced
•	For the marinade:
•	1/2 cup apricot jam
•	1/4 cup soy sauce
•	2 tablespoons vinegar
•	2 tablespoons olive oil
•	2 garlic cloves, minced
•	1 teaspoon ground coriander
•	1 teaspoon ground cumin
•	Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1.	In a bowl, combine apricot jam, soy sauce, vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, ground coriander, ground cumin, salt, and pepper.
2.	Place cubed meat, sliced onions, and diced green bell pepper in a large resealable plastic bag or bowl.
3.	Pour marinade over meat and vegetables, ensuring they are well coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
4.	Preheat grill or barbecue to medium-high heat.
5.	Thread marinated meat, onions, and bell peppers onto skewers.
6.	Grill skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until meat is cooked to desired doneness.
7.	Serve hot as a main course, accompanied by rice, couscous, or flatbread.
